Hi! This class is an amazing vinyasa flow, a traditional style of yoga. Whatever step your at in your yoga journey, this is for you. Even if this is your first step! Every class is provided with lots of options for each poses, and will cleanse your body physically and mentally. For this class, Mats and props are available here and included. Please Bring a water bottle. I hope this resonates with you. If you'd like to have a chat first before booking, please feel free to contact me. Class passes are available to buy singular or in blocks :) You must be age 17+ to participate in this class, If you book on and your not 17+ then unfortunately your booking will be cancelled.

Hi please let me know if you cannot attend your class at anytime. But to receive a full refund you have to cancel 48 hours in advance, or you can reschedule up to an hour before the class begins.
