WHAT IS VINYASA?
Vinyasa yoga is a dynamic practice that links movement with breath. Often called “flow” yoga, it guides you through a sequence of postures that transition seamlessly into one another.
Whether you are looking to energize with a Sun Salutation or find peace with Moon Salutations, these classes are designed for all levels. No flexibility required—just a willingness to move and breathe. Grace will personally guide you through each theme to help you reach your individual goals.
